For water sports lovers, beginners and experienced alike, discover the joys of kite surfing and Wing-foil supervised by true professionals and enthusiasts of these disciplines.

Las Terrenas offers you perfect spots for these two practices, from flat water spots to wave spots with winds of 15 to 20 knots, the conditions are often perfect for having fun.

​

Different formulas are available to you, private 2-hour lessons or packages of several lessons to progress and have fun.

​

You will be supervised by qualified professionals (Level 2 Kite Surf Instructors (IKO) / Wing-Foil Instructors / French BPJEPS GADA diploma) and all the practice and safety equipment will be provided to you. (Complete equipment + safety equipment: vest, helmet, booties and knee protection + use of radios for lessons).

Kitesurf

2 hours of private lessons: $140

6-hour package: $390

12-hour package: $770

Wing Foil

1st lesson

On the beach: Several exercises to control the sail and manage traction.

On the water: First on your knees then standing on a stand-up paddle. First U-turns

2nd lesson

On the beach: Review of the previous day's learning. Managing power regulation and trajectory management.

On the water: Return to the same point, increase gliding speed and stability, improve U-turns.

​

3rd lesson

On the beach: Explanation of the steps to follow to achieve and maintain flight on the Foil.

On the water: Continue to improve stability and speed. Try the first ones and maintain flight for the most gifted.

These steps are for information purposes only. Progress will vary depending on the sporting and gliding abilities of each person. We will adapt the equipment (Stand up paddle or Foil according to the level of progression).
